Aww - you sound a little frustrated. Here's how I did it.

1. Get the book "housetraining for dummies"
2. You may have to adapt the process to your particular situation
3. Never let the baby loose in the house unless it is being supervised
4. Keep the "loose in the house" area limited to one room
5. Put down blankets in the chosen room (so you can save the carpet and remove the urine odor)
6. The idea is to catch the dog in the act and then correct behavior
7. Put your life on hold for at least two months until successful (easier said than done -I know - but it will be worth it!!!)
