It sounds fairly normal to me. An older dog will teach a puppy the proper way to behave and that sounds exactly like what Suzi is doing. I would just continue doing what you're doing and separate when it just gets TOO out of hand or Suzi needs a break from the puppy antics of Miley. I'm sure things will change once the puppy gets a little older. Also, is Suzi spayed? Often as unspayed females get older, they tend to sometimes get more aggressive, especially to another female dog. |
