Honey, this is serious and she could DIE ~ Honestly, I wouldn't be concerned about her having pups, the MOST important thing would be to get her the needed surgery and if that means she has to be spayed, they so be it.
It is your responsiblity to ensure her safety, please do not be selfish and pass up an opportunity to make her healthy bc you don't want her to be spayed...
Besides, how do you know she is free from any other life threatening genetic defects that she could be carring and pass onto off spring
