You may want to get her checked for diabetes. Our friends' daughter has diabetes and that was the first symptom, wetting the bed. Maybe it can be that way with dogs, too. Who knows?
I would take her to the vet in any event and get her checked out. In the meantime you might use some panties with a pad on her at night.
