Any thoughts? I hope it's just a tummy bug...but I'm scared. | what type of food she was eating before this started; my dog has gastritis too and i had to take her to the hospital few weeks ago for throwing up blood; it gets really bad and fast with her; so she was on chicken, rice and baby food for a while; and now i am transition her to the honest kitchen food; so far so good; good luck
