~Do not let the other female around the puppies anymore. Just let the mom stay with them. The longer the mom isn't nursing, the quicker her milk will dry up, and you don't want that to happen. Those puppies are being deprived by not always nursing on mom. Since you have let the other female around them, maybe you can block her view with a blanket or sheet or anything to cover up wherever you have the puppies, so she can't see them. I always wait until mine are older before I allow any other dogs around them.
