he is the worst person on the face of mars, wait he's not even a person, he's an alien, because he would dare to hurt one of gods creatures. He should stay in jail for the rest of his ..... LIFE!!! he doesn't deserve a second chance, he should've gotten the death penalty for killing and abusing all those innocent dogs! I want to protest against his "out of jailingness"!!!
