Facebook may be a way to put them out there. I'm so used to doing orders on the weekends now I get antsy if I have nothing to work on  I did get in a few orders (I think) but am thinking of the future. You can actually just "re-list". You go to the sold item and there is either "view receipt" or "re-list". There is also a guy that makes a program for Etsy where it adds in a lot of stuff Etsy is lacking that comes in handy... it's called etsyhacks. A lot of sellers use it. My offer still stands though if you ever decide differently in the future!
