While most of the dogs don't look exactly happy to be dressed up like this, at least their owners are taking an active interest in their pets. I can think of a lot worse things for people to be doing to their dogs. Now, I don't think the dye jobs are very safe, health wise, for them - but as long as safe dyes are used it should be OK.
Also, several of them gave me a good laugh.
