I don't know what you have in your area, or who you know, but here are some, usually, cheap/inexpensive suggestions:
If you have lumber company near by, sometimes one of the guys will throw something together for you in their spare time out of spare lumber; also the same if you know a carpenter.
Best I have found, is talk to the "shop" teacher at the local high school. They can usually find some "boy" to make one for you. You may have to cover it or something though.
