He looks Yorkie to me. He'd look more 'Yorkie Standard' if his ears were up, but up or down, he's an absolute cutie!!
If you, or your groomer, just trim the hair on the upper half of his ears it would encourage them to stand. He's still pretty young so not to worry. Gracie Ruth's didn't start staying up until she was around 4 months. Shots & teething will sometimes make them flop. Yogi is a year old and because of the large amount of hair he has (can we say Yak?!) we have to stay on top of keeping his ears trimmed or they still flop right down.
Can't wait to see more pictures as he grows and changes.
