yep 100% agree
just make sure they NEVER EVER mix ketoconazole and ivermectin in treating demodex as my friends yorkie had ivermectin toxicity from this and a dermatologist recommended it
there is another drug they use for this as well as dermatologist is using daily doses of interceptor for my friends dog -- a different dermatologist
