Congrats on getting your pups...I too work 9-5, add another hr for the commute.
I would suggest that if you have a room in your place where you can leave the 2 of them with some space to roam and set up pee wee pads. Or you can try to block some space by using gates. That's another reason why I couldn't crate train Duke (or more didn't know how) because I work long hour and was not sure if it was healthy to leave him in a crate for so long.
