since its a first time offense i'd just wait and see. if it happens again i'd be concenered that she was becoming incontinent or something else was bothering her. Her medical issues aren't new right? so i doubt it has anything to do with that. was the dental just done withing the past few days? that might have something to do with it.
another thought, has she been on the temaril p long? its got pred in it. does she drink a lot more since she's been on it? maybe that and the combination of anesthesia just made her have an accident?
