Just now it dawned on me - should I have tipped??? She used to work out of the vet clinic that we go to and when I took Leo there for grooming, I tipped her. But this is out of her house now and she's on her own, so is a tip necessary?? I'm starting to feel really bad that I didn't tip her and I should have. And now when I take Lilah in there next time, will she mangle her as a payback?? | I have the same situation for Izzy and now Cosmo. I have a great friend who shows and breeds Yorkies who also has an in-house grooming business. I take the kiddos in once a month for the works and I do the in between stuff like bath, combing, etc. He charges $35 per dog but boy is he worth it. I do not tip him at this time. However, at Christmas I give him a $100 gift card to his favorite places and he loves that. So that is what works for us.
Oh and he is fast - with just Izzy it was an hour and I mean that's the time from dropping her off and picking her up. Now with two doggies it's 1.5 hours.
