Well, this place had only dogs 2 yrs and up...so i really didn't think anything about it......everything was so crazy at the time. however i will not be going back. and of course after 2 hours of thinking about her i called back and said i would pick her up that day. but she was already gone. so i got the number of the place she had been taken too and this lady had already gotten her a vet appt to be spayed (you see sophie was a puppymill dog, used only for breeding and b/c she weighs 7 lbs, they said she was too big) (grrr). but she is now my baby and while it wasn't a fun or easy process I am SOOOOO happy to have her!!! so now you may understand why i am being so cautious....i really do not want to go thru anything like this again. and thanks for the info on rescues..i am completely new to this! so if any one has the info i requested about this place in kokomo all info is greatly appreciated!!!! |
