I've always heard that 12 wks. is a good age...That way, they get to have their mom's marvelous milk for a good long time, they learn to eat their kibble/food w/mom and their siblings, and they are socialized, nicely, w/their siblings...I got Apple @ 11 1/2 weeks, and other than having to walk on eggs, for a while, so you don't step on them, there wasn't much else to do, EXCEPT, the potty training shuffle I didn't get Apple house-broken (and Praise God she is Now!!!!) 'till she was 9 months old, but I had to get rid of the carpet, and replace it w/laminate floor, where she lives...I never could get her pad trained, so she decided she'd be potty trained, if it was outdoors...And she's doing fantastically!!!!
