Stella is 7 months now and she's only grown up, not out. She's only gained like 4 ounces since 4.5 months (she's now 5.6 lbs). Could be different for your dog for sure, but all of Stella's clothes from when she was 3.5 months still fit her. So if you buy a stretchy one with a little give it should be no problem
