could be the turkey as i do not like turkey for dogs
so go back to what was working as what you are describing is the small intestines are inflamed and that is why the food is not getting digested through so it is coming back up which is ibd --ibd is a food intolerance so something in the change is triggering this I believe and could be the protein source.
