This is very common in yorkies. If she is not having problems, just leave it be.
Try to keep her from jumping up on and down from furniture. She is young enough to train not to do those things. That kind of activity is rough on them!
The vet was simply informing you and saying they will keep an eye on it. She may never have a problem and may never need surgery!
Relax and enjoy her!
