NF is a kidney diet and her creatinine is not elevated so why a kidney diet -- really questioning this vet sorry if bun is elevated it is due to dehydration if creatinine normal then no need to worry about kidneys -- urine will tell more about kidney function as well so let's see what happens but i really do not think your dog needs a kidney food from a elevated bun -- my maltese had that figure on her bun and she is fine and i had jean dodds review blood work and she said it was dehydration and she has studied blood work for 42 years
