I still don't like anything to do with USDA. Once you're licensed by them, they have the right, no questions asked to enter your home.
Yes, 50 puppies in a year is alot.....since I only have 1 or 2 litters a a year, mabe every other year.....I don't think I'll have a problem, but, I'll read the bill before I'll pass judgement on it.
