I received my first email back from Carrie. She says that they often have produced bags with pup photos on the outside and that some have purchased the diaper bag for their pups.

I emailed back asking for mesh panels on the two small ends with a head window of mesh that is zippered or mesh and a D-ring on the inside for leash connection for protection. Also asked about a mesh zippered or zippered closing to the top for containment purposes.
