no he shouldnt still be sedated if he stayed overnight
if he goes to pee on you say no really quick grab him up take him back outside until he learns its not ok! it takes time after being neutered for the male hormones and lifting urge to go away odd hes only peeing on you maybe even try a spray bottle with vinegar & water in it if he tries to pee on or bite BUT that being said if i have a child i would not want a dog in the house that bites! if i did get one that was already 3 i would contact whoever i originally got the dog from to begin with if it became a problem! hope it works out whatever has to be done!
