Since he never did this before and you just had him neutered the day before, I would think that there was probably a release of hormones when he was cut. The extra hormones has him mied up and he is "marking" you. It has nothing to do with not liking you and could well be the opposite. The hormones are telling him to let it be know that you are his.
I would think it would go away in a few days. But how could you have one bad day of him doing this and then want to give him away? Maybe you should find him a loving home!
