this is what i am thinking as my boy has ibd in small intestines so he vomits but some dogs have it in the large intestines which is diarhea

what are you feeding as i would google inflammatory foods and stay away from them such as white potato - stick to more grain based diet for an ibd dog so rice vs potato.

I use probiotics also which will help -- this concoction always works -- I take two dds plus capsules from vitamin shopp which i use daily in my allergy dog -- it is in the fridge section -- then i mix with a 1/4 tsp of organic pumpkin from whole foods and give 30 min before food in am and that tends to firm the poop up and kill the bad bacteria in the digestive tract
