Hit "post reply" and under the message board, and smilies you will see the words, "Manage attachments" Click on this and another page will oven and click on the word "browse" look for the picture and upload it. If the picture is too big, it won't accept it the file size has to be under 200 kb, which is about an 8x10 picture.
