Just a guess, but I think it could have something to do with the dramatic change in schedule. Dogs like routine. I know at that young age she can't hold it 9-4, but she could be confused now because she's not outside as much and she's going where she is know comfortable, which is in the house. Is there any one that could come during lunch and let her out and that way you could get rid of the pee pad and have no pottying inside at all?
