Stormchaser, I thought we were the only ones who did that!!
We keep four "comfort stations" throughout the house for Toto!! If she's "gotta go" we see to it that she has no excuse for not going in the proper place. Usually if she has an "accident" it's our fault ... not hers! We keep a crate with a wee-wee pad and water in our bedroom, a crate with a wee-wee pad in the den, a litter pan for medium dogs w/wee-wee pad in the office and she has her X-pen with food/water, bed, wee-wee pad and toys between the kitchen/dining. We make sure those water bowls are clean and full at all times! She will drink water from your hand while you pour it from the bottle if we are out and don't have a bowl handy!!
