Thanks Ellie May! Don't I still have a prescription though if he was just there a few months ago? I thought as long as you consistently gave them the heartworm meds, the prescription lasted a year. Is that incorrect? |
Your vet can write for however many months they want to...usually 12.
If they have been giving you Advantage Multi, then they will have to write it for Rev. So if you have used 6 months of the Multi, they could write for 6 months of Rev. if you take the Multi back. That's how it would work here anyway.
