Poor baby!! I would put a little neosporin on there and keep an eye on it. If it gets bigger, i would take him into the vet to make sure there wasn't any infection. When my girls get ant bites, i put some soothing mist on their skin and that really helps. It has a little aloe in there.
I would defintely try to keep it dry so don't let him lick it!!
