I live out in the country and my Yorkies know to stay out of the road. Yes, it is possible without invisible fencing. All I have to do is ask the kids if they need to go outside to do puppy business and the rush is on! If T Wilson lives where she has to walk her baby on a sidewalk, she needs to get a good bathrobe or whatever and take the baby out first thing! I need to go to the bathroom when I get up and assume they need to go, too.
