My Yorkie weighed a bit under three lbs at seven months and now at almost 4 years she is 4 lbs. You never know though, I have another female, and a boy who never gained weight after six months. So it depends a lot on their genetics, and family history.

Coat and color changes can keep happening up to three years or more, from my experience. Enjoy it!!! I love watching my babies colors and coats change, and still have one girl under two that is changing monthly
