I would NEVER buy a puppy that had it in the contract you could take the puppy back. That is wrong to do as a breeder. When we as customers spend $1500-3500 for a dog, you can rest assure the dog will be treated as gold. Noone in their right mind would pay that much to abuse a dog. Breeder's who have that clause are a little stuck up to me. Just stating I would not buy a dog from someone who had that in the contract. Seems unfair. Especially if you did not know the breeder.
