No. He will not go outside. We got him on Feb 15th and it has been too cold in Chicago since then. I swear, he sticks one paw outside then turns around and runs the other way into the house. If I pick him up and bring him outside, he will stand with his paws planted wherever I placed him down and will not move until I put my hand on the door handle... then he comes inside. My boyfriend HATES it and thinks he's a wuss.
