livingdustmops Thank you so much for your response and we actually do have paper work and the address is actually in Arkansas where we had believed to be Arizona in error. The dog was purchased here in NH from a pet store and at 8 months old appears to have a hereditary defect and we can not find any information on this breeder or the registration of the dog as of yet. Any suggestions where we might be able to look would be very helpful.
