My male is allowed to do "everything" he wishes he plays with other dogs, on grass, sand, in forest you name it. BUT it IS a lot of work to keep his coat in condition. I don't oil him, but he is in wraps. The day I stop wrapping him I'll cut him down, because full beard isn't so handy. It looks great in the showring, just fabulous, but it gets in the way when he eats, chews his toys/bones, plays etc. |
