what is his feeding schedule? do you leave it out all day? you should put out food and water twice a day then take it away. Until trained, a dog who eats and drinks all day, poops and pees all day. take him out immediately after he eats...at this time, don't let him play...he needs to know it is time to do business...most importantantly, praise him LOTS for going in the right place! additionally, after cleaning soiled areas, spray with a 25% white vinegar 75% water mix.....this is so he wont go back to the same spots. try this page
