I had to take Sasha to the vet a couple of weeks ago because she had been vomiting and had a runny stool. Her blood work came back normal and Parvo test came back negative (thank goodness!). It was deternined that she must have eaten something that didn't agree with her so the vet put her on a bland diet of canned Hills Prescription diet for 5 days. She was on Innova dry with a little Merrick wet. When it was time to slowly introduce her back to regular food I noticed she would eat around it. When I transitioned to 75% regular and 25% vet food she wouldn't eat it at all! She actually flipped the bowl over with her nose in protest! So I continued to mix 50/50 and she eats it. What do I do?? I can't believe she prefers bland prescription diet over yummy grammy's pot pie...lol. I can't have her on vet food for good can I? Maybe it's time I introduce her to a new wet food altogether? Thank goodness she still seems to love the Innova kibble.
