Their are scholarships that are provided for services completed. Thats a pretty thin line there. Alot of kids really need the scholarships to further their education, they know they have to do the community service in order to continue to get the scholarships. Now, are they just doing the service to just get the funds and not actually caring, l would have to say if the kid is doing this from their hearts then ''yes'' especially if the scholarship is the only way they can attend college. lf they are doing it just for monetary gain then they have alot of character expanding to work on.
