I did the neck test and it bounced back quickly so I hope that means he is not dehydrated. He weights 8lbs, he is not overweight he is just a bit of a teapot yorkie.

I will take him to the vet first thing in the morning, if he starts getting lethargic I will take him to the E.R. but until now he seems pretty normal, we just took him for a ride in the car and he was putting his head out the window and right now he was playing with his toys.
