Some of our friends completely understand- they tend to think that it is weird when our kids arent with us. Then we have friends who cant stand the way that we treat our dogs, but thats why we dont see them that often now. I am meeting new people all the time and it is getting easier to figure out who the friends are that will last- they have to understand our love for our poochies or its not there. I have met more and more yorkie lovers and have realized I am not alone in my insanity! LoL!
