So I have a 3 1/2 week old that looks only 2 weeks old.I need some advice on feeding schedules. He also whimpers when he poops. Soft poops so he is not constipated. I also took him to the vet last night and he has checked out okay, just behind as he was born to early. He is being kept warm and I am feeding him formula every 3 hours and helping him use the bathroom. I am used to bottle feeding litters of kittens so I am very used to doing this. He is just so small and with him being early I wanted to make sure that i covered all of my bases. Any words of wisdom would be great. I am also new to this forum so if i posted this in the wrong place please let me know. Thanks so much!!!! |
you can copy and paste to the BREEDER forum. More breeders will see it. I am a breeder but don't really have anything to add because it sounds to me like you have all your bases covered and are doing a very good job with the baby. Welcome to YT.
