How old is Gizmo? I think if it were me, I would take him. If you think he might be scared being in a new place, maybe you could go a day early and get him used to it? I would think it would be easier for him to be with you, even though he would be alone for that one day, he would still be with you otherwise. I think it would be easier for you too!! I can't imagine leaving mine for FOUR days???!!!
