You have EVERY right to be angry and upset! I would be furious!
I've heard of people having their dogs stolen from groomers before. It's sad but true! Whenever I bring my pooches to the groomers, I stay there and watch the entire procedure. I even help them hold my dog because I've seen groomers be too rough with dogs before and it pisses me off. These tiny dogs are fragile and if a groomer jerks or pulls them, they can really hurt them and maybe even fracture or break a bone. Maybe I am OVER protective but I have to be! Our dogs can't talk and tell us if a groomer hurt them or if some stranger picked them up. So we have to be extra cautious with our babies!
