I was just trying to work with Bailey on "leave it" training. I put one treat in my hand and then placed one on my leg and told her "leave it". The first time she snatched it away, but the next 2 times she did leave it and waited patiently in a sit until I gave her the reward treat in my hand. However, the second time she took advantage and as soon as she got the reward she also lunged over and snatched the treat off my leg!

Any suggestions on teaching this? Or what to do when she steals? I said no and stopped training at that point. She REALLY needs leave it and drop it because she is so naughty with rushing over as soon as anything drops, and with running away.
