She should be fine without pain meds, it will help to keep her from overdoing. For a week or two you want to limit exercise (jumping, running, stairs) to give her time to heal. Check the incision site at least daily. It should always be looking better, not worse. She should be eating and drinking, and going potty normally. She should become more active by tomorrow. Sometimes it's the anesthesia that makes them sleepy. At anytime you think she's not improving, call your vet. Look at your discharge instructions from the vet. Everything he told you should be written there. Hope she does well ...

Make sure you offer her some food, don't wait for her to go to her bowl. You may have to feed her by hand. Some Nutrical wouldn't hurt either.
