I am so sorry l know exactly how you feel. The exact same thing happened to Rockie the last time he was groomed by a new groomer. l was so upset with the outcome of his haircut. She cut it to short and made his nail bleed too. Of course, today l was referred to a new groomer by my co worker. The groomer whose name is Donna was absolutely perfect. l am so happy with how she groomed Rockie. Your furbutts hair will grow back, l'm sure she is still so adorable.
