I am so mad and sad. I told the groomer one inch and she practically shaved her it looks awful and the lady didnt even apologize.
I have heard a lot of your horror stories but I had such a good experience the first time that I thought the 2nd time would be the same.. it wasn't.
It is devastating to pick up your dog and have it look nothing like you pictured.... I am so sorry to anyone this has happened to
