I'm not blaming the kids either... I'm blaming the parents for not doing their job. If I did HALF of the stuff that I've seen kids do either while I'm shopping or working (used to work retail), I would have gotten in so much trouble. Like the kids I said were screaming in the commissary at the top of their lungs for no reason... they were having a screaming contest and when I say they were screaming at the top of their lungs, you could have heard it all the way on the other side of the store. The parents didn't even attempt to tell them to be quiet. They just kept on shopping and ignored the behavior completely.
